BowTieXP Standard
BowTie Viewer
The BowTie Viewer allows you to not only view BowTies, but also change the diagram in different ways to suit your needs.

Case Overview
Case overviews provide perspectives to complement the BowTie, allowing you to take the perspective of the accountable people, or see a list of controls, to name a few.

Diagram Filter
The diagram filters allow you to customise what you see and filter out information that is not relevant for you. Filtering on job title or other criteria is also possible.

Reports
A long list of reports allows you to export the information in BowTieXP to Word in any way you like.

Risk Matrices
Assess your consequences with risk matrices. Four areas (people, assets, environment, reputation) are predefined and with the ability to assess both inherent and residual risk your risk matrix was never so complete. Risk matrices are completely customizable to your company standard.

Diagram Editor
The editor allows you to edit diagram information and view individual element information.

Document Links
Add company standards, procedures, checklists, reports, or anything else to your BowTie.

Management System Integration

Having to enter your whole management system one activity at a time can be a time consuming effort. BowTieXP Advanced allows you to import Excel sheets and quickly populate your case file.

File Comparison
It can be a difficult task to discover differences in BowTies without the File Comparison functionality. It allows you to compare different versions of your case file to see what changes were made.
SOOB matrix
SOOB stands for Summary Of Operational Boundaries and it's purpose is to give three different overviews.
-
The first tells you which operations can be performed simultaneously.
-
The second tells you which operations you can perform, with a control under reduced effectiveness.
-
The third provides an overview of which operations you can perform given that there are certaion operational risk factors, such as heavy wind or rain.
These three views can be combined or isolated, and both give you an operational map of what you can and cannot do under certain conditions.
Search & Replace
Quickly changing a term in you whole case file is easy with Search & Replace functionality.

Relationship Models
The BowTie diagram is the most communicative diagram, but there are other types of Relationship Models that you can draw, to highlight information from a different perspective. A Top Events with all the accountable parties attached to it, or all Activities, for instance. Linking operations with hazards for a more global picture and many more.
